I love this class. The teacher is really relaxing and makes you feel confident to try any pose. She clearly cares about your wellbeing and genuinely wants to improve your day with yoga. Topped off with an essential oil at the end and today a poem! Really beautiful class, would highly recommend.

I've been practically yoga informally, for a number of years (mostly myself, and a few classes here and there). But this class was one of the best I've participated in.
Most yoga classes only focus on the physical aspect, with a bit of the breath (if you're lucky!), but Sav also discussed the spiritual and philosophy behind what you were doing, and how this directly affected your body.
It felt like a truly tailored and individual experience. I also appreciate that Sav took the time to not just talk about the philosophy and spiritual side, but also explained it as well.
Sav obviously has a lot of passion for what she is doing, and a lot of skill and knowledge.
