I release SAV LUCIA and all associated teachers from any responsibility and/or liability concerning the application, processing, and/or consequences of the classes / workshops / events / retreats / and any other services I elect to receive. I consent to have the services of my choice applied. I release and hold SAV LUCIA and all associated teachers, harmless against any and all liability, damage, and/or expenses arising out of or in connection with actions, claims, and/or damages resulting in personal injuries and disabilities (physical and/or psychological) that I might incur as a result of the service provided today. I understand that additional treatments may be recommended and/or necessary for maintenance.

I understand that some services include physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.

These services are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. These services may not be recommended or safe under certain medical conditions which I am responsible for communicating as the client. By signing, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my signature verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice, and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against SAV LUCIA and its instructors.

For any and all in person classes or session with SAV LUCIA you assume all risk associated with Covid-19. You also agree to: abide by all government guidance aimed at preventing the transmission of the virus; and following all directions provided by staff members and set out in the signage within the studio and or practice location. You must not practice in person if you believe that you may have been infected with Covid-19. Failure to comply with these measures shall entitle SAV LUCIA to eject you from the event.

Covid–19, often referred to as coronavirus, is an infectious disease that can result in serious and potentially fatal illness. There is a risk of the transmission of Covid–19 in any environment where people come together. This risk increases in enclosed spaces and with increased numbers of people. The World Health Organisation has advised that the elderly and those with underlying medical conditions are more vulnerable. By participating in studio and or park classes you acknowledge this.

I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement.
